Hello Mr. Steve Jobs,
I hope this e-mail finds you well. I would like to let you know that many of my friends and I own iPhones. I love most features of the iPhone, but there is one thing that it does not do that bothers me very much. Whenever anyone who isn't cool enough to own an iPhone sends me a picture text, I cannot see it on my phone. I need to log-on to a website & type in a password to see the photo. It is difficult to do this on Safari on the iPhone because you would need to memorize or write down the username & password to view it. Therefore, you would need to wait to see the photo until you get home if you happen to be out when you receive the text. Plus, you cannot access it weeks later if you wanted to & there is no way of keeping the photo sent to you if you want to. The iPhone is such an advanced phone & I truly believe that it should have a basic feature that Motorola or LG phones have, which are far inferior to the iPhone.
I would like to add that I am now a very big fan of Apple products. In about an 8 month span, I bought 2 iPods, a Macbook, & the iPhone. I hope that my feedback is something that may be taken into consideration when the next update goes out for the iPhone. Thank you for your time!
Kind Regards,
Kristi Wong
